  • We undertake installation and configuration of new technology to be used by our clients, such as hardware, operative systems, programs, and applications.
  • We carry out regular maintenance to existing systems.
  • By supporting the company staff with technology-related challenges
  • Troubleshooting systems and applications such as,
    • Carry out diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware or software.
    • Find solutions for any issue and advice on the implementation of it.
  • Replace worn-out, damaged, or malfunctioning hardware when deemed necessary.
  • Write technical reports on the status of all hardware, hardware peripherals and related software in the company.
